Asharqia Chamber Organizes a Forum to Discuss Investment Opportunities and Obstacles to Maritime Transport
Under the Auspices of His Excellency President of Saudi Ports Authority on 20th of November
Asharqia Chamber isorganizing Maritime Transport Forum: Reality and Aspirations on Tuesday (20/11/2012 corresponding to 06/01/1434) under the auspices of His Excellency the President ofSaudi Ports AuthorityEngineer Abdul Aziz bin Mohammed Al-Tuwaijri, and with the participation of experts and specialists in this field.
Abdulrahman bin Rashid Al Rashid, Chairman of Asharqia Chamber, said that the forum which will be held at the Chamber in Dammam will address two aspects;(Maritime transport obstacles and proposed solutions) and (Investment in maritime transport).
He said that officials fromMaritime Transport Committee,Restrictions Department of Saudi Customs, and King Abdul Aziz Port at Dammam will be speaking on the first aspect. As for the second aspect, executives from maritime transport related parties will speak on the subject.
Al Rashidpointed that the Forum schedule includes a meeting with His Excellency the President of Saudi Ports Authority Engineer Abdul Aziz bin Mohammed Al-Tuwaijri, about the obstacles to maritime transport and ways to develop it.
